Karin has been running stretch and swissball classes for over 15 years, helping people improve their posture, balance and flexibility.
She also runs Wu Tao Dance and ChiBall classes to help balance and harmonize body and mind.
Stretch & Swiss/Fitballs. A fitness program that helps prevent and stop muscular problems, improves posture, develops greater flexibility and improves balance and core strength through weights, medicine balls and ChiBolsters.
ChiBall. A holistic exercise programme that is a unique blend of traditional Chinese medicine, colour, aromatherapy and a synergy of six ancient and modern movement disciplines: Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Chiball Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Deep Relaxation. Come & join in the new SHIBASHI class on Wednesdays at 6pm.
Wu Tao. A system of healing that helps balance Body, Mind and Spirit, that has foundations in Oriental Medicine. It uses stretch, dance, music and meditations to balance the Qi (life force energy) in the body. It also tones the body and brings you to a place where the mind is free of chatter and you can experience the stillness of your own being.
Both ChiBall & Wu Tao have their roots in traditional Chinese Medicine and use dance, music and meditation to balance the Chi (life force energy) in the body.
Karin Herrmann runs a variety of classes that will keep the body supple and strong and help attain general well being and stillness of mind.
Massage. A massage program that caters for a whole range of massages from Deep Myofascial to Trigger Point Therapy to Zen Shiatsu. Other techniques include Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Relaxation Massage and Hot Rock Massage.
