From a very early age I have felt most at peace and in harmony within myself when I have been exploring the outdoors, connecting with nature in some way or another, or dancing and moving to the rhythms of different music.
I have been fortunate enough in life to be able to pursue my passion as my career.
Calisthenics, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, jazz ballet, folk dance, yoga, tai chi and tennis absorbed my time in my youth along with bushwalking, bike touring and camping.
I have had a fascination with learning all about the body and enjoy analyzing movement and posture. This led me to pursue a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education before teaching in secondary schools in Bendigo for seven years.
My passion to help others and connect to others by touch has seen me massaging since a very early age. When I finished remedial massage and shiatsu qualifications I set up business over twenty five years ago.
My desire to help others learn more about themselves and to help them to unravel the connection of mind and body which affects posture has seen me open my studio where I teach posture and flexibility, and core work along with WuTao and ChiBall.
I feel very honored to share my life with the people in my community. I enjoy sharing what I have learnt on my journey and from the many varied courses I have completed over the years. I have everyone’s best interests at heart when I am massaging and/or working with them through holistic movement.
