I wanted to get back into a more active lifestyle in the early days of my retirement and I was looking for a class which wasn’t all blaring doof doof music and shouted instructions to go harder, go faster… I can’t jump anymore (knees) and I have other health problems which make vigorous movement nigh on impossible. What a find Karin’s Tube training class has been. A whole body work out which leaves me sweating and feeling great-and Karin’s focus on knowing your own body and what you can and can’t do, while gently encouraging you to try alternatives if one exercise doesn’t work, is brilliant. I also like the relaxation at the end of the class which sets me up for a great day ahead. I look forward to trying out some more classes in the future.

I suffer from poly lower back problems and have been taking slow release medication for chronic pain in the last 2 years. The pain has become more severe and I have had the choice to take breakthrough pain medication or stay in bed in a foetal position to relieve the pain.
Since attending Karin's classes, I am in pain when I get there, however I am pain free when I leave as the exercises that we do in class takes the pressure out of my spine and I am pain free all day. I am also learning how to do the exercises at home to help relieve the pain and not have to take breakthrough medication.
These classes have given me hope where I felt hopeless.
I have tried a variety of other therapies to find relief over the last few years but nothing has worked except for Karin's classes
